We are looking for a proactive Design Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage client engagements, and ensure seamless execution of design-led projects.
Job Summary
As a Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of UI/UX and digital product design projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication, experience in Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of the UI/UX design lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Manage multiple UI/UX, web, mobile, SaaS, and digital product projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Create project plans, schedules, and execution roadmaps.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project kick-offs, status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and action items effectively.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and successful delivery.
Agile Delivery
- Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate with Product Owners and technical teams to prioritize deliverables.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure efficient team collaboration.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Project Plans
- Meeting Minutes (MoM)
- Risk & Issue Logs
- Change Requests
- Status Reports
- UAT Documentation
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Quality & Delivery
- Ensure adherence to UX best practices and design quality standards.
- Support design-to-development handoff and implementation.
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management and delivery processes.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management or Design Project Management.
- Experience managing UI/UX, web, mobile application, or digital product design projects.
- Experience working in a design agency, product company, or IT services organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams simultaneously.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
