Calyco Interiors is building an AI-powered interior design and estimation platform for homeowners in Delhi NCR.
We are looking for a sharp, recently graduated developer or final-year student who wants challenging real-world work and knows how to use AI coding agents to build fast.
This is not a normal internship. You will work directly on building an AI software product using tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub, Next.js, Supabase/Firebase, Python, and AI APIs.
Project
Build Phase 1 and critical Phase 2 modules of the Calyco Interiors AI platform:
- Customer lead capture
- Floor plan / room photo upload
- AI room and layout interpretation
- Style visualization
- Room-wise design preview
- Estimate range generation
- Admin/designer review panel
- Product/material catalog
- BOQ / quotation logic
- Customer proposal workflow
The goal is to create a practical customer-facing system, not a full Coohom clone or full CAD software.
Work Structure
This will be a full-time monthly contract role, but work will be managed through clear assignments and delivery milestones.
Assignments may be 1-week, 2-week, or 3-week sprints depending on the module.
You will have flexibility in how you manage your working hours, but delivery timelines, demos, and output quality will matter.
The first main assignment after selection will be to complete Phase 1 in a 2-week sprint.
Selection Process
Before final selection, shortlisted candidates will be given a 48-hour practical assignment.
The assignment will test:
- Ability to use AI coding agents effectively
- Speed of execution
- Frontend/backend basics
- Problem-solving
- Code organization
- Practical product thinking
- Ability to ship a working demo, not just write theory

Who should apply

- A recent graduate or final-year student

- Familiar with React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Comfortable with backend basics, databases, APIs, file uploads, auth, and deployment
- Interested in AI, automation, interior design tech, and startup-style product building
- Able to work through fast assignment-based sprints
- Serious about completing a 2-week Phase 1 build after selection
Important
We are not looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience.
We are looking for someone young, hungry, technical, practical, and fast — someone who can use AI tools properly and turn requirements into a working product.
Compensation
₹15,000 per month
3-month contract
