Position: IT Trainer
Location: Chembur, Khar & Dadar (Travel Required)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Trainer who can deliver quality training across our centres at Chembur, Khar, and Dadar. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to train students effectively while maintaining training records and supporting placement-oriented skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom training sessions on various IT subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Provide practical hands-on training and project guidance.
- Ensure timely completion of the training curriculum.
- Maintain training documentation, reports, and MIS records.
- Support students in improving employability and interview skills.
- Coordinate with centre staff and management for smooth batch execution.
- Travel between centres as required.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Graphic Designing (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.)
- Basic Computer Hardware & Software Knowledge
- Internet, Email, and Digital Tools
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of MKCL Portal and related processes.
- Experience in vocational training or skill development programs.
- Placement-oriented training experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of training experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel between Chembur, Khar, and Dadar centres.
Salary
- As per experience and organizational norms.
