About the Role
SkillCure Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analytics Trainer to train students and working professionals in industry-relevant Data Analytics concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring data analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Data Analytics.
- Teach students using real-world datasets, projects, and case studies.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on:
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Power BI
- Python for Data Analytics
- Statistics & Data Visualization
- Basics of AI Tools (preferred)
- Design assignments, assessments, quizzes, and capstone projects.
- Guide students in resume building, portfolio development, and interview preparation.
- Conduct mock interviews and evaluate student performance.
- Resolve students' technical doubts and provide continuous mentoring.
- Ensure students complete projects on time and are job-ready.
- Keep course content updated with current industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- SQL
- Power BI
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Data Cleaning & Data Visualization
- Basic Statistics
- Good understanding of business reporting and dashboard development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Certification in Data Analytics or relevant technologies is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics Training.
- Freshers with exceptional technical knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with live projects or corporate training.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools is an added advantage.
