You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key modern retail accounts, and strengthening relationships with national and regional retail chains for the company's portfolio of lighting and fan products. The role focuses on maximizing sell-in, sell-out, product visibility, merchandising excellence, promotional execution, and profitability across modern trade channels.
- Drive sales revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for Modern Trade accounts.
- Negotiate annual business plans, commercial terms, promotional activities, and product listings with key accounts.
- Ensure product availability, assortment optimization, and effective inventory management across stores.
- Develop and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies to maximize market share.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, replenishment, and inventory health.
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
- Drive merchandising standards, planogram compliance, in-store branding, and visibility initiatives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and retailer-specific activations.
- Analyze sales performance, consumer buying trends, competition, and market opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections, claim settlements, debit note reconciliation, and commercial compliance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, MIS reports, and account performance presentations.
- Identify new modern retail opportunities and expand business with emerging organized retail partners.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
