Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Corporate Fundraising Executive to secure CSR funding and build partnerships with corporates for social impact projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, engaging with CSR teams, developing proposals, and managing corporate donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with corporate organizations for CSR funding opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, HR leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
Research and map potential corporate donors aligned with project objectives.
Prepare and submit CSR proposals, presentations, concept notes, and grant applications.
Coordinate with internal teams and NGO partners to understand project requirements and funding needs.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective corporate partners.
Track fundraising pipelines and achieve fundraising targets.
Ensure timely donor reporting, impact reporting, and relationship management.
Stay updated on CSR regulations, funding trends, and corporate giving programs.
Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and CSR forums.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
Must have 2-6 years of experience in Corporate Fundraising, CSR Partnerships, Business Development, NGO Fundraising, or Client Acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in proposal writing and corporate engagement.
Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
