We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ROI (Return on Investment) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance and lower CPL/CPA.
- Experience managing both low-budget and high-budget campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
- Ability to track and analyze the complete customer journey from click to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI/ROAS.
- Implement and manage tracking systems for accurate reporting.
- Generate leads, sales, and measurable business results.
- Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate previous campaign results and successfully managed ad budgets with proven ROI/ROAS.
