What's Your Plan? is DJRS Hospitality's vibrant socio-bar in Andheri — a place where food, drinks, music, entertainment, and people come together.
It's energetic, social, and built for memorable nights. We're looking for an F&B Steward who can match that energy and turn every guest interaction into a great experience.
The Opportunity
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and people-oriented individuals who enjoy being around people and thrive in a lively hospitality environment.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist with seating and table management.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and assist guests with basic recommendations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
- Keep tables, service stations, and guest areas clean and well maintained.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist Captains and senior team members during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and service etiquette.
- Contribute to the lively and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
What We're Looking For
- Hospitality/F&B experience preferred, but the right attitude matters most.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Energetic, friendly, and confident personality.
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of guests.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and nightlife environment.
- Professional grooming and a positive approach to work.
