- Generate and convert property sales leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection of customer documentation and payments.
