Production Supervisor – Wire Electroplating
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor – Wire Electroplating to oversee daily production operations, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wire electroplating processes, production planning, and shop floor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the Wire Electroplating department.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor electroplating process parameters and optimize productivity.
- Manage shop floor manpower and allocate work efficiently.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Maintain production reports and shift records.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and 5S practices.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry or relevant Science discipline preferred)
Experience: 3–6 Years in Wire Electroplating, Metal Finishing, Wire & Cable, or Manufacturing Industry.
