Digistick is a digital content studio producing video and creative content for brands. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate new leads, manage the pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and track record) + incentives Type: Full-time
What you'll do:
- Generate new leads through outreach, cold calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective brand clients in a CRM
- Qualify leads and understand their content and marketing needs
- Pitch Digistick's video and creative services to decision-makers
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions
- Hit monthly lead-generation and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure client requirements are met
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (digital/creative/agency a plus)
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and lead-tracking
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
