We are looking for a full-time Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative operations and provide critical support to our team. The responsibilities include managing and maintaining back office systems, coordinating office tasks, handling sales support, and overseeing financial record-keeping. This is an on-site role based in Ghaziabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to efficiently manage administrative tasks
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively
- Experience in Sales support to assist with sales-related activities and documentation
- Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to manage records, invoices, and transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with office software tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, and email
