Job Summary :
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to generate leads and close sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, calls, and references
- Explain rooftop solar systems and company services to customers
- Conduct site visits with technical team if required
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships and after-sales support
- Coordinate with installation and service teams
- Promote government solar schemes such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana
Required Skills :
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Confidence in field sales activities
- Ability to work on targets
- MS Excel and basic computer knowledge preferred
Qualification :
- Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Marketing or related field
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience :
- 0–3 years in sales, marketing, or solar industry preferred
Pay: ₹9,755.15 - ₹33,802.77 per month
