Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain and promote Shubh Kalyan's services and offerings.
- Upsell relevant products and services based on customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
