We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, networking, and social media platforms.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business goals, marketing requirements, and challenges.
- Schedule meetings, consultations, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Present the company's digital marketing services effectively and address client queries.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing Services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.
