Hiring: Site Execution Engineer
Location: Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Position: Site Execution Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Execution Engineer to manage and supervise building construction activities at our project site in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in government building projects executed under CPWD, PWD, or similar organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute all civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor foundation works, including excavation, PCC, footing, and raft foundation activities.
- Oversee reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting works for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Ensure quality execution of RCC works, brickwork, plastering, and finishing activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Verify measurements and maintain site records, DPRs, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
- Resolve technical issues and provide execution support to site teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in CPWD, PWD, Government Building Projects, Institutional Buildings, Residential Buildings, or Infrastructure Projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, foundation works, slab casting, column casting, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of quality control procedures and site management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in government-funded building projects.
- Exposure to CPWD specifications, PWD standards, and quality compliance requirements.

- Project Site: Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh
- Accommodation and site facilities will be provided as per company policy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
