VoltzTools is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in industrial tools, power tools, automotive tools, and home improvement products. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Create and update product catalogs, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, attributes, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock availability.
- Process orders, monitor dispatches, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track marketplace performance, sales, and product visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketplace deals.
- Monitor pricing, competitor activities, and Buy Box performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve order and product-related issues.
- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace guidelines.
Required Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of product catalog management and listing optimization.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
