We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented professional who can be the face and voice of our projects, build strong community relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of programmes on the ground.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in community engagement, project coordination, NGO, CSR, or social development sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively across project locations in Kerala.
- Strong networking, proposal writing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Thanal and project stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, schools, volunteers, CSR partners, and government stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee on-ground implementation of projects, ensuring activities are completed on schedule.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, case studies, and impact updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and reporting of project activities.
Location: Thiruvananthapuram (Preference will be given to candidates based in or around Thiruvananthapuram)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
