We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager / Business Development Officer to drive B2B sales of wooden door frames and shutters across real estate projects in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach builders, architects, civil contractors across Kolkata
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships
- Manage and guide the field sales team
- Handle negotiations, quotations, and order closures
- Attend networking meets, expos, and site visits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups and reporting
Who Should Apply:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in building material, plywood, construction, or similar B2B industry
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Good local area knowledge of Kolkata real estate and construction ecosystem
- Must be comfortable with site visits and on-ground follow-ups
- Team handling experience is a strong plus
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
