The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in Node.js and backend systems, a proven track record of leading development projects, and a passion for building innovative SaaS products. You will be responsible for the technical execution of our product, providing architectural direction and mentorship to the team, and playing a key role in the technical foundation of our platform.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and architectural decisions, ensuring the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality software.
- DevOps and Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and other DevOps practices to ensure smooth and efficient deployment cycles.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize SQL to analyze user data and metrics, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with AI development and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with agentic AI development tools and frameworks.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
