Position: Telecaller
Location: Chennai – Pallikaranai
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative professionals to join our Customer Service and Sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, achieving daily targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Experience Required:
- Freshers to Experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary:
₹2 LPA to ₹4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and offers effectively.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily call targets and maintain call quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call logs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow sales and customer service processes.
