Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Leads with 9-13 Years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should be strong in Java, microservices architecture, and API development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, and product managers
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications
- Implement security and data protection practices
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ is a plus)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Exposure to distributed systems and caching (Redis)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
