Responsibilities:
* Handle and resolve desktop/laptop hardware and software issues for end users.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and standard applications.
* Perform system formatting, reinstallation, and setup as per defined IT standards.
* Provide support for printers, scanners, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
* Manage user accounts, basic access permissions, and email configuration (Outlook/O365).
* Ensure installation and updating of Anti-Virus, DLP, and security tools on end-user systems.
* Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP conflicts, connectivity issues).
* Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
* Maintain inventory of IT assets such as desktops, laptops, and accessories.
* Provide on-site and remote support to users and ensure minimal downtime.
* Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines at the user level.
