Job Summary:
The Stock Merchandiser is responsible for managing jewellery inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and supporting showroom merchandising. The role involves handling high-value products with precision while coordinating between sales, warehouse, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of stock (gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery items)
- Monitor daily stock movement including inward and outward entries
- Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, and categorization of jewellery items
- Coordinate with sales team for stock availability and replenishment
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain proper display stock levels on the showroom floor
- Ensure safe handling and storage of high-value jewellery items
- Prepare stock reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management
- Coordinate with vendors and warehouse for new stock arrivals
- Assist in product merchandising as per display standards
- Track slow-moving and fast-moving inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in jewellery inventory or retail merchandising
- Strong knowledge of stock management systems / Excel
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Basic understanding of jewellery products (gold, diamond, etc.)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle valuable inventory responsibly

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
