About the Role
GAOTek Inc. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Staff to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for professionals with a technical background, including those returning to work after a career break, who are looking for a structured and supportive environment to rebuild and grow their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor interns in sourcing and evaluating technology products.
- Oversee the creation and editing of user manuals and product demonstration videos.
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and presentations.
- Manage and continuously update the company knowledge base.
- Ensure timely uploads and updates of product information on the company website.
- Conduct product research to support the sales team with customer inquiries.
- Utilize AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and content generation.
Eligibility
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers and professionals returning to work after a career break are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in AI coding or AI-assisted tools is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Own laptop/PC with a reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable working in the EDT/EST (New York Time) time zone.
Compensation
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and country of residence.
