Job Title: Front Desk Telecaller / Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and communication-skilled Front Desk Telecaller / Receptionist to manage front office operations and handle customer calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Greet and assist walk-in clients/customers
- Provide accurate information about services and offers
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Maintain visitor records and call logs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
- Handle basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluency in Telugu, English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling)
- Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in reception/telecalling is preferred
