Role Purpose
Responsible for managing daily production activities while ensuring in-line quality, achieving production targets, maintaining productivity, minimizing defects, and coordinating with all departments for smooth production.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily line production.
- Achieve hourly and daily production targets.
- Allocate and manage manpower effectively.
- Balance the production line for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct first-piece and in-line quality inspections.
- Identify, analyze, and rectify quality defects.
- Reduce rework, rejection, and DHU.
- Ensure buyer quality standards are followed.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Merchandising, Quality, and Finishing teams.
- Monitor line productivity and efficiency.
- Train operators on quality and production requirements.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Ensure workplace safety and 5S compliance.
- Support timely completion of production orders.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Textile, Apparel, or any relevant field.
Experience
- 3–5 years in garment manufacturing.
- Experience in both Production Line Supervision and In-Line Quality Control is preferred.
