Role Summary :-
The Warehouse Operations Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory management, timely order processing, accurate packing and dispatch, and maintaining smooth coordination with logistics partners to ensure efficient fulfillment of orders received through Amazon and other online platforms.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Ensure timely processing and shipment of customer orders in accordance with company and Amazon standards.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for smooth dispatch operations.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, and returns, and take corrective actions.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain necessary records and reports relating to inventory and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
Qualification & Experience :-
- Graduate in any discipline preferably Logistics
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of warehouse management systems will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.
