Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities for loan and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and guiding a sales team to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and insurance policies.
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and customer networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for better productivity.
- Guide customers through loan and insurance application processes.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in loans, banking, financial services, or insurance sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of loan and insurance products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
