Duty of Care, Skill, & Diligence
- Reasonable Standard: The agent is required to perform their duties with the skill, care, and diligence normally expected in a similar line of business.
- Liability for Negligence: If the agent fails to exercise appropriate care, they may be legally and financially liable to the principal for direct losses.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
