SDM:
- A bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
- Good computer/ IT skills and the ability to manage the team of Engineers.
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Good resource planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Need to work as a bridge between the Client and the Company/Engineers.
Skills required:
- 1) Project coordination with external / internal vendors
- 2) SLA governance
- 3) Presentation and MIS skills
- 4) Operational / Escalation management
- 5) Sales / Presales coordination
- 6) Finance reports exposure preferred
- 7) Bridging role between the Engineers and the client.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per month
