Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to the approved plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and instructions
- Monitor labor work and maintain productivity
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers
- Check quality of materials and construction work
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness
- Track work progress and report updates to the management
- Ensure proper use of materials and avoid wastage
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- 5–10 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read basic construction drawings
- Good team coordination and communication skills
