We are looking for a responsible and organized Academic Coordinator / Admin Executive to support day-to-day academic and administrative activities of the institute.
The role involves coordinating with faculty, maintaining student records, conducting tests, and ensuring smooth classroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining student attendance records
- Assisting in conducting and coordinating tests
- Supporting faculty in academic and classroom requirements
- Maintaining student files and academic records
- Coordinating with students regarding tests, schedules, and announcements
- Managing basic administrative tasks of the institute
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word / Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with faculty and students
- Prior experience in educational institutes will be preferred
