Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and update QC training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments.
- Create training schedules based on organizational quality requirements.
- Ensure training content aligns with industry standards and company procedures.
- Conduct classroom, workshop, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Teach quality inspection techniques, testing procedures, and documentation practices.
- Demonstrate the proper use of measuring and testing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and tools.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Training and presentation skills.
