Roles & Responsibilities
- Updating the inward and outward quantity of the spares.
- Checking and verifying stock book with reference to the physical stock
- Preparing DC, assisting & pick-up of materials for dispatches.
- Monitoring the stock level and intimate the re-order level to Manager & HO Stores.
- Packing up & dispatching of materials against SRF received.
- To ensure correctness of weight before handing over it to courier / Transporter.
- Responsible for making arrangement to locate the material, storing the items at appropriate location properly and safely & proper upkeep of store.
- Bin card maintenance, updating the stock book against withdrawing and inward quantity
- Responsible for intimating the transit damages if any on receipt of the materials from centers / ROs / BOs
- Comparing the spares stock level with reference to the physical quantity and the updated in system and arrange to raise indent to HO
- To review the requirement list of all RO’s, BO’s, getting clearance from FAD and clearing it for dispatches based on Spares Requisition Form received.
- To maintain documentation for the spares in the system in order to review the strategy at different point of view
- Reviewing the consumption reports which are received from all branches and organize to fulfill the consumed quantity.
- Forwarding SRF to HO for the non-available material against the demand.
- Receiving the spares against SRF raised to HO and accepting them.
- Sending the Regional Stock Statement every month in time to HO.
- To collect the PCBs / other spares to be repaired with tag mentioning the required details from centre, segregating and distributing the same to RRC / HO.
- To collect faulty PCBs with tag which could not be repaired by RRC and arrange to send it to HO.
- Proper analysis of the stock [Non-movement, Fast movement, slow movement].
Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience
Ø Any Graduate, Bachelor degree in Commerce preferred.
Ø Relevant work experience of 2 - 7 years
Ø Previous experience in stores working in a multinational environment
Ø Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point and enterprise application software
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills
