Job Profile
MEP engineering professional with 9+ -year experience in MEP industry (Hotel preferred). To manage Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Networking (LV) & Fire Fighting and other associated building services focused on Design, Planning, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Handing over of MEP work scope. Meeting MEP targets.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Design Coordination: - Review and provide input on MEP design drawings, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: - Develop MEP project plans and schedules in coordination with the overall interior fitout project timeline.
- Team Management: - Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Budget Management: - Develop and manage budgets for MEP components of interior fitout projects.
- Quality Assurance: - Ensure MEP installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Construction Oversight: - Supervise MEP installation during the construction phase, addressing any on-site challenges.
- Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP systems and installations.
- Developing a high-performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the project deliverables.
- Being able to anticipate in advance clash detection of services.
- Contractor’s bill checking/certification
