Job Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and customer interactions.
- Promote microfinance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with members/customers.
- Collect and verify customer information.
- Support loan processing and recovery activities.
- Coordinate with branch staff and field teams.
- Achieve assigned targets and ensure quality customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel and work in both office and field environments.
