About Shamrock Designs Shamrock Designs is a creative studio
specialising in design solutions for the exhibition, events, and experiential marketing industry, alongside 2D & 3D design, technical drawings, logo design, digital marketing assets, and design asset integration. We also serve exhibition production clients and run a growing design marketplace platform.
Role Overview We need a Sales Executive who already has a foot in the exhibitions and events world; someone who knows how that industry buys, who the decision-makers are and can walk into an event company, exhibition contractor, or brand activation agency and have a credible conversation without a warm-up. Project turnaround at Shamrock is fast (2–7 days), which means your pipeline moves quickly and your commission reflects that every month, not quarterly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close clients in the exhibitions, events, and brand activation space - stall designs, backdrop visuals, way-finding, event branding, digital screens, and print-ready assets
- Sell the full Shamrock portfolio: 2D/3D design, technical drawings, logo design, digital marketing creatives, asset integration
- Travel for in-person meetings with event companies, exhibition contractors, venue teams, and corporate marketing departments
- Own the full sales cycle: cold outreach → pitch → proposal → close → internal handoff to production
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking; weekly reporting to management
- Build repeat-business relationships - fast turnaround clients are high-frequency clients
- Identify upsell opportunities across projects (e.g. a client who came for a stall design also needs digital assets or a logo refresh)
Requirements
- 2-4 years B2B sales experience with direct exposure to the exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing industry; this is non-negotiable
- Understands design briefs well enough to set correct client expectations on scope, revisions, and timelines without involving the production team at every step
- Strong spoken and written English; you will be on calls with corporate marketing heads and event agency procurement teams
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travel; own vehicle preferred
- Self-managed and target-driven; this role has no room for someone who needs daily supervision
- Familiarity with basic CRM or pipeline tools is a plus
Compensation Structure
- Base: Rs. 18,000 - 22,000/month (based on experience)
- Commission: 8–12% on revenue closed (paid monthly on collections)
- Travel allowance: provided
- Zero cap on commission
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
