- Complete knowledge of turnkey project scope (design + execution + handover)
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Architectural drawings
- Structural drawings
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts
- Familiarity with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and specifications
