Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, assisting buyers and investors, conducting property visits, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities Handle buyer and investor inquiries professionally. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Arrange and conduct property site visits. Coordinate with developers, property owners, and clients. Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions. Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers. Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Stay updated on market trends, ongoing projects, pricing, and competition. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred. Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings. Qualification Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply. Experience 1–5 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or a related profile.
