About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience in Electronics, IT systems, and Networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and coordination of projects while ensuring quality and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and manage on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
· Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports, project documentation, and implementation plans.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot electronic systems, networking equipment, and IT infrastructure.
· Prepare documentation, letters, Estimates, Quotations for Projects
· Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for successful project execution.
· Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and communication-related issues.
· Prepare project schedules, material requirements, and resource planning reports.
· Maintain accurate records of installations, testing results, maintenance activities, and service reports.
· Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
· Provide technical support and training to customers and site personnel when required.
· Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures at all project sites.
Required Qualifications
· Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in site engineering, technical support, or project implementation.
· Strong understanding of Electronics, IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Communication Systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and project documentation.
· Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, wireless systems, and network troubleshooting.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system diagrams.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with CCTV systems, IoT devices, traffic management systems, smart city projects, access control systems, or industrial automation.
· Knowledge of TCP/IP, network security fundamentals, and cloud-connected devices.
· Familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
· Experience in government, infrastructure, transportation, or public-sector projects will be an advantage.
