About the Role
The Skillians Academy is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team remotely.
As a BDA, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses and programs, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Explain course features, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with fresh and existing leads.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Requirements
- Candidates should be below 30 years of age.
- Freshers and candidates with sales/business development experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to handle regular follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Should not have other commitments that may affect working hours.
- Candidates should be available to join on Monday.
- Comfortable working remotely with proper internet connectivity.
Probation & Salary
- Probation Period: 2 months.
- Salary during probation: ₹10,000 per month.
- Salary is non-negotiable.
- Incentives are based on individual performance.
- The probation period may be extended or reduced depending on performance.
- After successful completion of probation, salary will be revised based on the candidate's performance review. It can go upto 25k post probation.

Important

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
