A reputed school in Hennur, Bangalore is hiring an Admission Counsellor to guide prospective parents and students through the admission process and contribute to the school's enrollment goals.
The ideal candidate should have strong counseling, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students regarding academic programs and school offerings
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and meetings
- Conduct school tours and admission presentations
- Follow up with prospective families and maintain strong engagement
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Maintain accurate admission records and reports
- Coordinate with school management and academic teams
- Participate in admission drives and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, telecalling, or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in schools, colleges, EdTech, or educational institutions preferred
