- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote broadband/fiber plans
- Handle inbound calls regarding new connections, upgrades, renewals, or complaints
- Explain internet packages, pricing, offers, and installation process clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly
- Follow up with customers for pending payments or document verification
- Inform customers about new plans, speed upgrades, or promotional offers
- Coordinate with technical/installation teams for connection setup
