The Security Specialist will perform a dual role—serving as the local office/site security specialist while also acting as the Executive Protection (EP) Specialist during C-suite and senior leadership visits. The role requires strong coordination with local security resources, readiness to provide immediate escort support using an on-call vehicle, and the ability to manage both routine corporate security operations and high-visibility executive movements with professionalism and
discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Act as EP Specialist during C-suite and senior leadership visits across assigned location.

Plan and manage secure movements including arrival/departure, office visits, site visits, and events.

Coordinate advance checks, route planning, and real-time movement support.

Ensure availability and readiness of an on-call escort vehicle (Fortuner / Scorpio / Hycross or equivalent).

Respond immediately to security threats, medical incidents, or emergencies involving leadership.

Serve as the local security point of contact for office/site security requirements.

Coordinate with guarding teams, facility management, and vendors to ensure day-to-day security.

Support access control, incident management, emergency preparedness, and SOP compliance.

Conduct basic risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures for offices and sites.

Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and trusted security partners as required.

Maintain timely and accurate communication with regional and central security teams.

Ensure response time for information and operational support is within defined TAT (>12 working hours for information sharing and coordination).

Handle incidents calmly and effectively, ensuring safety of people and assets.

Prepare clear incident reports, movement reports, and visit summaries.

Participate in post-incident reviews and improvement actions.

All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
5 years in corporate security, site security, or executive protection roles. Prior exposure to C-suite / senior leadership security support strongly preferred. Experience coordinating with local security teams and vendors. Background from armed forces, law enforcement, or professional private security organisations is an advantage.

Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Physically fit, alert, professional, and discreet.

Good knowledge of local city routes, traffic patterns, and risk

Comfortable working on-call and outside standard business hours when required.
