As we expand our presence across Kerala, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive franchise development and business growth.
Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective franchise partners, generating qualified leads, conducting business presentations, and closing franchise sales across Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong understanding of sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new franchise business opportunities across Kerala.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise investors.
- Explain the Bumble Wash business model, investment plans, and franchise benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, social media, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth franchise setup process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Bumble Wash at exhibitions, business networking events, and promotional campaigns.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, franchise development, business development, or B2B sales.
- Experience in retail, franchise, FMCG, or service industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of the Kerala market and willingness to travel extensively within the state.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
