Sales Executive – Personal Loan (NBFC)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products and features.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and company guidelines.
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms accurately.
- Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and assess customer profiles.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely document submission and loan disbursement.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, referral partners, and channel partners.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and internal processes.
- Resolve customer queries and provide post-disbursement support when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Key Skills Required

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with sales aptitude may also apply)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
