Cruzonic ELD is a fast-growing technology startup building AI-powered Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and compliance solutions for trucking fleets in the United States. We help small and mid-sized US carriers stay compliant, run more efficiently, and save on operating costs. We're a young, ambitious team — and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us reach and win more customers.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be on the front line of our growth — reaching out to US trucking fleets, presenting our services, handling objections, and converting leads into paying customers. This is a hands-on sales role with real ownership and clear paths to grow as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to US-based trucking fleets
Present and explain Cruzonic ELD's service and benefits to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and recommend the right compliance and ELD solutions
Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward a close
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deal status in the CRM
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the product and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or business development (B2B / international sales preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English — comfortable speaking with US clients
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working US business hours (evening/night shift, IST)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Basic comfort with CRM tools, email, and calling software
Good to Have
Experience selling SaaS, software, or to the US market
Familiarity with the US trucking, logistics, or compliance industry
Prior experience with outbound dialers or CRM platforms
