Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of trends, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, captions) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing strategies
- Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and scripts
- Monitor performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) and optimize content
- Manage social media accounts and respond to comments/messages
- Assist in influencer collaborations and campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in social media/content creation
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and trending platforms
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing apps
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Understanding of analytics and social media insights

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
