Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Sales:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information about travel packages and services
- Answer customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Promote travel packages and services to potential customers
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
Travel Operations & Coordination:
- Onboard new customers during their initial engagement period and ensure a smooth transition
- Understand customer requirements and assist in creating customized travel packages
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations for travel packages, tickets, hotels, and vehicles
- Manage bookings including flights, hotels, and transport arrangements
- Handle group bookings efficiently, ensuring all requirements are met
- Prepare and share booking confirmations, itineraries, and travel documents
- Reverify all booking details to ensure accuracy before final confirmation
Customer Experience & Support:
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding travel status, changes, or emergencies
- Offer post-trip support including clarifications and assistance with travel claims
- Coordinate escort services for customers when required
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from inquiry to post-travel
Internal Coordination & Process Management:
- Collaborate with sales, support, and accounts teams for smooth operations
- Share billing details with the Accounts team and follow up on documentation
- Support and guide trainees within the operations team
- Manage leaves and responsibilities to ensure uninterrupted customer service
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Understand customer travel purpose (including personal preferences) to enhance package personalization
· More than 80% score in maths in 12th grade
· Preferred experience in insurance sales.
· Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
